Dance Connects
In short - A UX audit to identift improvement points for the website of a non-profit dance organisation. This project was done as part of the 'De Nieuwe Gevers', a skill-based volunteer organisation.
Situation and challenge
Dance Connects received feedback that their website was not user-friendly, especially for their elderly target audience. The flow was clunky, the layout was static and didn't reflect the vibrant photos, and it lacked videos and stories from the audience. The text, while adequate, was dull and failed to engage users effectively.
Discover
In an initial, intense, three day design workshop, we did an initial exploration of what a new employee experience could look like.
Define
We did a serious deep dive into the entire employee experience, and defined what the next standard of a digital employee experience looks like.
Design
We designed a MVP application for Albert Heijn called @AH. In which we bring forward the most used features of the store into one environment.
Deliver
We delivered the application to stores in the entire Netherlands. Where it is now used in almost all Albert Heijn stores.
