Smart office application
PostNL
PostNL is the leading Dutch postal and parcel delivery company, operating across the Benelux. During a transition to a new office and a more remote-first way of working, PostNL partnered with us to design MyOffice, a custom employee app that turns the office into a smart, connected working environment.
Situation and challenge
Amid a shift to hybrid work and a move to a new headquarters, PostNL faced growing uncertainty around how its office would actually be used. Space risked being underutilized at some moments and overcrowded at others, while amenities were not always visible or accessible to employees. The challenge was to design a single, intuitive employee app that connected people to the building, enabled smarter use of space and facilities, and supported crowd management, turning the office into a flexible, smart working environment rather than a fixed destination.
